Signs come in all shapes and sizes. Earlier this year, we got a call from Jensen Precast who just moved into a new facility on Pacheco Blvd in Martinez. They had an existing sign box but needed new inserts to identify their location. While not the biggest signs we have done- the inserts were ten feet long and four feet wide which just about pushed the limits of transportation in our pick-up.
As you can see in the photo, they came out great! We used standard aluminum composite material with a white finish, and applied vinyl in their corporate color.
I guess you could say this sign falls into the “basic” category. It was not overly complicated or dimensional, but what is important here is that we spoke to the good people at Jensen and discussed their needs and the goals of the sign. While the sign box is powered for illumination, Jensen is not open at night and they do not get heavy nighttime traffic on the road. As a result, they chose to go with nice opaque sign faces that would show well during the day when they are open and customers are looking for them.
This is an example of identifying the correct sign that will be most effective. We are always happy to work with our clients to discover what the needs are and what materials will best accomplish their goals.
Do you need a road side sign? We would love to help with a road sign, or any other type of signage.
