Sometimes even great institutions need to refresh their look. That was the case recently when the Flower Bowl in Walnut Creek decided to freshen up their exterior. The Flower Bowl is a great flower shop just below the intersection of 24 and 680. The business has been serving the area for over 50 years and they have a long history of excellence. Even so, their previous signage was at the end of its service-life and they called Sequoia Signs & Graphics to consult with them about replacement.
If you are a regular reader of our blog- you will know that consultation is the first step in our process and we were more than willing to visit their site to discuss ideas. They wanted their window graphics to remain elegant and just display their name but while the old lettering was hard to see, they chose to use white vinyl to allow their name to ‘pop’ off the glass. Above the door, they spent some time with our designer identifying just the right shade of dark green- again with white lettering that ‘pops’ off the sign. You can see both in the above photo!
The Flower Bowl has always had a beautiful store, but with their new signage, it looks just that much better. Signs don’t have to be the only thing a customer sees, and in this case- they better not be! Even so, effective signs are important to set the right tone for your customer’s experience.
Signs come in all shapes and sizes. At Sequoia Signs & Graphics, we take pride in working with our clients to find the right signs for the right locations.
