When we put full-body vehicle graphics on a commercial vehicle, we call it a ‘vehicle wrap.’ When we do a similar treatment on a private car, it is often referred to as a ‘color change.’ The distinction is that on a ‘color change’, the owner is achieving a new look, but they are not looking to advertise.
In reality- I think most of our commercial jobs are somewhere in-between! While we are putting advertising on the vehicle, we are also focused on creating a beautiful design. We work with our clients to create something eye-catching and reflective of their organization. The way we look at it, a vehicle wrap is a piece of artwork!
Take a look at the before and after photos of a job we did for Royal Window & Door in Pleasant Hill. They had a fifteen year old F150 that had been a great utility truck, but was unbranded. That’s where we come in- at Sequoia Signs & Graphics, we love doing vehicle wraps. It doesn’t matter if it is a new vehicle, or if it has some years on the tires- we can help make it look terrific and get your brand on the streets!
Royal Window and Door is a terrific company that does only high quality work, and they wanted their truck to reflect this. We worked with them to design a simple and elegant wrap that promotes their brand. Now, they have customers asking if they bought a new truck! Beyond that, their name, logo and phone number travel wherever the truck goes on its daily jobs.
Studies have shown that vehicle wraps can be one of the most effective marketing dollars spent when compared to other ad-spend against the total number of potential customers reached.
